My work explores perception, illusion and meaning-making. I work in various disciplines to help people help themselves; to translate complexity into something real and felt, and give structure to intuition.

I’m interested in how vision and sensation can reveal patterns that charts & frameworks can’t quite communicate. The pieces take complex ideas and make them feel physical rather than abstract, using translucent paper, prisms, frosted glass and other materials that respond to their environment.

Alongside making artwork, I research neuroaesthetics and design learning experiences in alternative education spaces. I help students build trust in their own thinking and find alignment between their inner sense of things and the external demands they’re navigating.

At their core, all my projects aim to work as a counterforce to cynicism and resignation; how can we slow down, exhale, and feel safe with ourselves while facing increasingly uncertain futures?
